1. Scope of Agreement
All freight forwarding services, ocean bills of lading, air waybills, customs clearances, and warehousing provided by Cargova Logistics are subject to these Standard Trading Conditions and applicable international maritime conventions (Hague-Visby Rules, Montreal Convention).
2. Quotations & Rates
Rates calculated by our online tools or issued in formal proposals are based on current bunker fuel surcharges (BAF), currency adjustment factors (CAF), and terminal handling fees. Final invoicing reflects verified cargo weights and dimensions.
3. Shipper Warranties & Customs Declarations
The shipper warrants that all cargo descriptions, values, hazardous material declarations (IMDG/IATA), and customs documents provided are complete, accurate, and lawful under international trade law.
4. Cargo Insurance Recommendation
Standard carrier liability is limited by statutory conventions. We strongly recommend that all customers procure comprehensive Institute Cargo Clauses (A) all-risks marine insurance through Cargova Logistics.
5. Governing Law
